PROJECT 1 – Dance Project

This project ran weekly all year and was developed with Forches School to promote physical activity and active lifestyles.
27 children were involved, together with 12 parents

PROJECT 2 – The Phoenix Course

This week-long programme, run in partnership with Devon and Cornwall Fire and Rescue, focused on team building and self-confidence and involved nine Year 9 young people from Park School.

PROJECT 3 – Inspiring Health

This 36 week nutrition and fitness programme was funded by a successful application to Awards For All and involved 50 people. It began as a bodyweight exercise class and then, as a result of popular demand, focused in Pilates.

PROJECT 4 – Multi-sports Activities

The weekly programme ran for 36 weeks and was delivered in partnership with Exeter City Football Club

> It offered multi-sport activities including football and tag rugby.
> 25 children participated in the programme
